I funded my balance, but the funds are not on my account.

Funds are credited to your account after 2 confirmations in cryptocurrency nerwork.

❓How long does it take to withdraw funds?

Withdrawals are INSTANT.

I was bought inappropriate/not valid product.

Make a refund of that item. For that go to 'Purchases' section, choose not valid item and make a Refund request (attach proofs). Refund available within 6 hours after purchase.

I paid for product to seller outside the Marketplace (e.g. in Telegram) and he scammed me. What should I do?

Its restricted by Market rules. Our team does not consider such complaints.

I saw the seller has a negative reputation on third-party resources. What should I do?

Contact our support team and send proof of negative reputation and we will block the seller on our platform.

I made a mistake with my withdrawal wallet address. What do I do?

If you specified a valid crypto wallet address, unfortunately we won't be able to refund your funds. If you specified invalid crypto-wallet address your request will be automatically cancelled and your funds will be credited back to your account.

I've been written a negative review with an inadequate evaluation of the quality of the product. What should I do?

Contact our support with the order number and your comment about the situation.

I lost access to my account. What can I do?

Contact our support, provide them all necessary information that they will ask.

❓I created an Auto-escrow deal, but my opponent won´t accept it. What should I do?

Deal automatically canceled after 1 day if your opponent not accept it. If you paid for that, your money will be returned after 1 day, nothing need to do :)

I used the Auto-escrow service, but the item turned out to be of poor quality/not valid. What should I do ?

If your deal is still active, invite our Support to the transaction to resolve the issue (Check Auto-escrow FAQ for more information). If you have already closed the deal, unfortunately, our team is unable to help you.
