STYX Marketplace (Service) - all websites (including but not limited to those located on the Internet at www.styxmarket.com).

User - a person using the Service under the terms of this document "Terms and conditions", published on the main page of the site at the hyperlink "Terms and conditions" (hereinafter - Rules).

Super-user - a User with additional privileges in moderation/administration of the Service, the ability to add/delete/edit any data of the Service, its Users or their actions.

Item (Goods) - goods (all kinds of tangible and intangible items, including products of Digital Content, except for those that are prohibited in the rules) which are the subject of a purchase and sale agreement concluded between the User and the Seller. The Seller is the owner of sold Goods (Commodities). All relations relating to the purchase and sale of Goods arise directly between the Seller and the User. STYX is not a seller of Goods and is not a person authorized by the Seller to accept and settle claims of Users regarding Goods of improper quality.

Digital Content Products - information and products provided in digital (electronic) form and consumed using digital (electronic) devices. Digital content products include software, intellectual property, activation codes, electronic certificates and other digital products available for Ordering on the Service, provided by the Seller in digital (electronic) form in the User's personal account on the Service, the use of which gives the User or the end recipient of the Order the right to use a subscription, software, intellectual property, other digital products and to access the service on the terms of pr

Seller - a natural person or a legal entity, carrying out activities: - selling goods to consumers using a remote method and offering Users to conclude a contract for the sale of Goods (Items); - providing services in the form of providing the Users with Digital Content Products or access to them / providing the Users with the right to access Digital Content Products and offering the Users to conclude a service agreement / license agreement / other agreement determined by the Seller, the order of which (Digital Content Products) is made by the User on the Service.

Order - the User's actions aimed at concluding a purchase and sale agreement with the Seller by placing an order for such Services and Goods directly on the Service, as well as actions to conclude a service agreement/license agreement/other agreement on the Service, as determined by the Seller (a third party specified by the Seller), with respect to the Digital Content Products.

Trusted seller - a user who has a positive reputation and positive reviews of his/her work on third-party resources on the Internet.

Auto-escrow (Auto-Guarantee Service) - an automatic guaranty service which implies an automated buying and selling transaction between Users and/or Sellers. The terms of use of this service are specified at: www.styxmarket.com/escrow/terms.

News (News section) - a news section on the Service. This section contains entertainment news published by Super-users of the Service. This news includes information from publicly available on the Internet and may contain false information, personal ideas or thoughts of Super-users. Service users should treat this information only for entertainment purposes. The Administration of the Service is not responsible for any further moral, mental or any other state of mind of the User after reading the News information.

Private Section - a specialized section on the Service for the provision of information. This section contains news of an entertainment nature published by the Service's Super-users. This news includes information from publicly available on the Internet and can contain invented information, personal ideas or thoughts of Super-users. Service users should treat this information only for entertainment purposes. The Administration of the Service is not responsible for the further moral, mental and all kinds of state of the User. Access to this section is possible only after reading the "Private Section" Rules, which are available at www.styxmarket.com/shop/news/private and after paying the required fee. The amount of the fee is regulated by the Administration of the Service and can be changed at any time without announcement.

Terms not defined in section 1 of the Rules can be used in the Rules. In this case, the term is interpreted according to the text of the Rules. In case of absence of an unambiguous interpretation of a term in the text of the Rules one should follow the interpretation of the term as defined: in the first place - by the legislation of St. Kitts and Nevis, in the second place - by the established (commonly used) in the Internet.




General Provisions 2.1. By using the Service, the User agrees to these terms and conditions. The Service gives the User the opportunity to search for information about Goods and Digital Content Products free of charge, to look at product offerings from sellers, to receive (including search results) product offerings and information that are relevant to their interests, as well as other features apparently available to the User, including those listed in Section 3 of these Rules. 2.2. A database is available to Users on the Service, which is an information and reference system containing information about Goods/Services/Digital Content Products intended for potential buyers/consumers of Goods/Digital Content Products. Information about the Goods/Services/Digital Content Products presented on the Service is based on the information provided by the sellers. 2.3. The Service may modify the text of these Terms and the documents that regulate the use of the Service and are specified in these Terms at any time without notice to the User. Such changes come into force from the moment of publication. 2.4. Marketplace STYX has the right to limit or delete the account of the User/Seller of the Service at any time and without explanation. In this case, if the User/Seller has not violated any Rules of Service and the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis, the remaining balance on the virtual wallet of the User/Seller will be paid to the last specified details for withdrawal/reloading of funds. 2.5. The User is responsible for the safety and confidentiality of the registration data (login and password). All the actions with the User's login and password are considered to be done by the User. 2.6. When registering, the new User automatically agrees that they can see the wrongful/abusive information provided by other Users/Sellers by mistake and that the Service is not responsible for the future moral, mental or any other state of mind of the User. The Service is also not responsible for any actions performed by the User/Seller on the Service or with the help of the Service. 2.7. The use of the Service is available only for persons over 21 years of age. 2.8. All information on the Service is confidential. The User/Seller is obligated under no circumstances, under no circumstances distribute it to third parties (except for the written permission/instruction of the Service administration). 2.9. Marketplace STYX is a closed web resource. To view any information of the Service and to use any service of the Service it is necessary to go through the registration process. The Service is available only for persons who have registered and accepted the terms of use of the Service. All information/goods/products of digital content/services and other content presented/created/written by the User/Seller of the Service belongs only to him/herself (the User/Seller). The Service has no relation to the information/goods/products of digital content/services and other content submitted/written/created by the User/Seller. 2.10.Complaints about infringing content are accepted only for content on the publicly available site (If any). Information submitted by Users/Sellers on the Service privately is not moderated in any way. 2.11.When using the Service, the User/Seller agrees with the Rules that on the Service : - Direct or indirect insults of Users/Sellers of the Service, in private messages or in any other place/format on the Service are forbidden. - Any destructive activity that provokes conflicts between Users/Sellers or damages the reputation of the Service/User/Seller is prohibited. - Spam, flooding, begging, fraud, extortion, distribution of malicious files and programs, and any other actions contrary to law are prohibited. - It is forbidden to create a twin/fake account on the Service that is similar to the account of another User/Seller without the permission of that User/Seller. - It is forbidden to specify any inadequate/unsuitable information (third-party links, aggression, advertising, etc.) in the Personal account of a User. - Uploading a User's photo, which violates human rules (for example: Pornography/Terrorism/Mutilation etc. material) is prohibited. - Artificial increase/decrease of Seller's rating is prohibited. Artificial boosting of positive/negative Seller's reviews is prohibited. - Prohibited to sell services/goods/digital content products/information in any way related to terrorism/pornography/selling people/guns/drugs/murder and so on. - Money laundering/money laundering through the Service is prohibited. This item is VERY STRICTLY moderated by the Service administration. 2.12.The closed content of the site is a private correspondence of users and is closed for viewing by unauthorized people. 2.13. The registration of the User on the Service is free, voluntary and means unconditional agreement with these Rules. 2.14. User is responsible for the authenticity, relevance, completeness and compliance with applicable law of the information provided during registration and its cleanliness from the claims of third parties. 2.15. The administration is not responsible for the content of the sites included in the Service's advertising blocks. 2.16.The User accepts the services of the Service on an "As is" basis, without any guarantees from the Administration. 2.17.The Administration is not responsible for the functionality of the Service, direct or indirect losses resulting from its use or non-use, as well as technical failures. 2.18. The Administration has the right to unilaterally block access of any User to the Service, to block and/or delete the User's account, edit the data of the User's account, delete any material posted by the User unilaterally from the Service without explaining the reasons. 2.19. The Administration has the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the Service at any time without prior notice to Users.

3. Trading on the Service 3.1. In order to provide trading services on the Site, the User must go through the process of becoming a Seller, which involves paying a fee. The amount of the fee is regulated by the Service administration and can be changed at any time without notice. 3.2. Any User may become a Seller having passed the procedure of becoming a Seller by paying the fee.
